Today I watched Disney’s Aladdin with the girls. Thank you Jaya for bringing the DVD from CA. They understood most of it- some of Robin Williams’ ad-libs got by them but for the most part it was wonderful to watch them watch the movie which at one level is the story of a ‘street rat’ with a good heart, playing fairly and winning at the game of life. And, classic good triumphs over evil. Gotta love Disney. I showed them some of the recent photographs of the trip to Egypt with Dr Pillai; the camels, inside a Pyramid, the Sphinx etc. They took a magical trip without leaving home!
